Youssef Bouchti

I turn complexity into structure.

Business analyst for the Dutch central government.
Requirements, processes and information needs.
From noise to a design the business understands.

Scroll to bring order

(01) Approach

Every organisation starts as noise: stakeholders, wishes, rules, data. My work is finding the structure that was already hiding inside it — and making it clear enough for everyone to build on.

(02) Expertise

What I bring to the table

  1. 01

    Requirements Engineering

Eliciting, analysing and documenting requirements together with stakeholders, and translating them into clear project briefs. IREB CPRE certified.

  2. 02

    Process Modelling

Mapping how work really flows in BPMN 2.0 with Sparx Enterprise Architect, so bottlenecks and improvements become visible.

  3. 03

    Information & Data Modelling

Building information models on top of processes — including data modelling of geo-information.

  4. 04

    Stakeholder Alignment

Constant dialogue between business, architects and managers. Translating between worlds until everyone means the same thing.

(03) Career

The path so far

  1. 2026 — Now

    Business Analyst

Rijksorganisatie voor Ontwikkeling, Digitalisering en Innovatie

Business analyst and government consultant (Rijksconsultant) at the Ministry of the Interior, supporting development, digitalisation and innovation across the Dutch central government.

  2. 2023 — 2026

    Information Analyst

    Rijkswaterstaat

Drafted requirements and documented them as project briefs. Modelled processes in BPMN 2.0 and the information models behind them in Enterprise Architect, and worked on geo-data modelling for 1GIS — in constant dialogue with internal clients, architects and managers.

  3. 2023

    Young Professional

    Rijkswaterstaat

Rotated across the organisation and completed projects in Construction & Maintenance, Water Management and Shipping.
